The Winter of 2009/2010 brought the worst or best, depending on how one looks at it, snow for nearly 25 years.

I personally thought it was brilliant as it gave me the opportunity to get the camera out and let some of the dogs run wild and have loads of fun in the drifts.

Below are just some of the 'thousands' of photographs which were taken during this rather chilly spell.

Hope you enjoy them as much as I did when I took them.

Haughmill Come Fly with Me - Billie
Billie and Ged ganging up on poor Toni !!!
Crisp, white virginal snow was a true playground
for the dogs.

Bounding about and just loving every minute of it.

I became snap happy with my camera, so here are just some of the pictures I took.

The hounds absolutely adored being down in our field when it was snowing.

They never stopped running, jumping and obviously hunting for a decent scent.

I thought I saw a fox go in here!
Well, I can smell one !
