The Kennels

Alasdair and Dominic have done a superb job with erecting the kennels .
It was really a blank canvas and what they
have built is ideal for all our needs.

There are 10 separate kennels and two purpose built puppy kennels,
all with extensive runs and their own water supply.
The kennels as a whole can house a maximum of
25 dogs including 2 litters of puppies,
but at present only 14 dogs reside here!

People often ask how can we have so many dogs and give them all the love and attention a single dog would get. Our answer is easy.
"THIS IS OUR LIFE - THIS IS ALL I DO."
Our dogs get 24/7 attention and are NEVER alone.

We are still in the process of completing the kennel blocks we have.
Paving, concreting, painting etc etc Oh! And gate building.......
and there are a ton of gates, so far a total of 34 have been built!!!

There will always be something to be done,
so really it is a never ending task.

Not to mention the daily maintenance which has to be looked
after and that is over and above the cleaning duties!!!
It is a full time job for Carolyne and Dominic,
7 days a week, 365 days a year!

Whilst we love having visitors here to see the
dogs and meet us.

We would like to mention that Haughmill
is our home and our kennels are private.

We are NOT a commercial outlet open
to the public with hours of business,
so please do NOT arrive unannounced.
